1. About Us

By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products — Herbal Teas & Supplements
Our herbal products are sold as food supplements and wellness teas, not as medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. See our full Health Disclaimer.
Product descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, weights, and intended uses. All weights are approximate and may vary slightly in normal production. Product images are for illustration — the actual product may vary slightly in colour and texture due to the natural origin of ingredients.
Allergen warning: Our products are made in a facility that handles various herbs. If you have known allergies, please read ingredients carefully and consult us if in doubt.
Shelf life: All products include a best-before date. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not use after the expiry date.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order: By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a legal guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock), in which case a full refund will be issued.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight.
Payment: We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (consumable food supplements and herbal teas), we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
What we DO accept:
- Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, at the customer's shipping cost. The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Damaged or incorrect products: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our cost.
- Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund.
What we DO NOT refund:
- Opened or partially used products
- Products returned after 14 days of receipt
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Personalised consultation protocols (once the protocol has been delivered)
- Digital PDF products (once downloaded or accessed)
- Shipping costs (non-refundable except in cases of our error)
- Dissatisfaction with taste, smell, or results — herbal products vary naturally and individual results differ
- Products purchased at a discount greater than 20%
EU/French customers: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (Article 16(e)). Once any product seal is broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
To initiate a return, email kenan@vitalhealingsxm.com with your order number and reason. Returns must be approved before being sent.
5. Shipping
We ship internationally from Saint-Martin. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your country and order size.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures or carrier issues.
Customs and import duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control customs fees.
Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.
Risk of loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is accurate and accessible.
6. Consultation Services
Consultation services (Bilan de Vitalité — written protocol at $19.99, video consultation at $49.99) are personal wellness services performed by a trained naturopath.
No refund once delivered: The consultation fee is non-refundable once the protocol has been delivered to you by email, or once a video consultation has taken place. The fee represents the professional time and expertise invested in your personalised assessment.
Rescheduling: Video consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not refundable.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, articles, blog posts, product formulas, images, logos, and the Vital Healing SXM brand — is the property of Kenan L'Homme / Vital Healing SXM and is protected by copyright.
You may share links to our blog articles on social media. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission. You may not copy our product formulas, consultation protocols, or proprietary blends for commercial purposes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sint Maarten / Saint-Martin (Caribbean). For customers in France and the European Union, mandatory EU consumer protection laws also apply and take precedence over these terms where they provide greater protection.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Saint-Martin.
