When you make a purchase: Name, email address, shipping address, phone number (optional), order details. Payment data is processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

When you complete a consultation: Health information you voluntarily provide (medical history, symptoms, lifestyle). This is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

When you subscribe to our newsletter: Email address only.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies and analytics). See our cookie policy below.

• Order fulfilment: To process, pack, and ship your order, and to send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• Consultation service: To prepare your personalised wellness protocol and communicate with you about your consultation.
• Customer support: To respond to your enquiries, complaints, or return requests.
• Marketing (with your consent only): To send you newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Legal obligations: To comply with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

Order data is retained for 7 years (required by French/EU tax law). Consultation health data is retained for 3 years after the last consultation. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Website analytics data is anonymised and retained for 2 years.
